Spinach and Artichoke Lasagna
I know, it may not sound too appetizing to some, but this lasagna is delicious!

I find it much better than the meat kind. After having this recipe for the past few years, regular meat lasagna is bland and the texture seems a bit weird. I think this one has a lot more flavor and a nice texture. I either use Rinaldi or Ragu sauces, because they are very flavorful too. As far as marinated artichokes, I just get plain ones, it's up to you what to use though, I never added Rosemary either. This recipe is not the exact one I usually use, but somehow I lost it and that was the next closest one I found.
