Ok im totally bored, so i worked out my RHR! (resting heart rate), and i wanna compare it to everyone Razz so just post your RHR's here!

How: Find your pulse on your neck or wrist, then time 15 seconds, and count how many times your heart beats in those 15 seconds, then times the number you get by 4, which will give you the amount of beats per minute!

well I think i got it down to 60 but arielle had to say stuff and it flew right back up Rolling Eyes
